OUR PROCESS
THE PLAN
We always start with an in-person consultation so we can get to know you and your family to better understand your needs and wishlist for the function and design of your ideal home.
If you are interested in one of our homes already under construction, we’ll meet on-site to walk you through each space, explain where we are in the process and answer any questions you may have.
If you’re planning to build a custom home, whether it’s on land you already own or plan to purchase, we’ll flip the script and have you walk us through your vision and detail the information we’ll need to then give you an accurate estimate for your project.
Following our consultation, we then move into the estimating process. Due to the nature of getting multiple trades peoples' bids, this can take between 2-4 weeks depending on the size of project. Once your estimate is ready, we will explain the pricing and answer any questions. Estimates are good for 90 days from delivery date.
THE BID
At the start of the construction phase, or at the point we have a signed contract, we’ll outline the various stages and decisions needed on selections throughout the remainder of the process. We’ll share our “Selections Guide” so you can browse our design and customization options, from lighting to counter tops and everything in between. Our team is here to guide you all along the way to seamlessly bring your vision to life.
THE BUILD
When we are nearing completion, we’ll walk through the finished home together to ensure everything is just right. Once we’ve closed, it's your house to make your home. We also guarantee your investment with a one-year warranty covering all structural, mechanical, systems and appliances. All you need to do from here is move in and begin enjoying your new home!
