Our mission is to build spaces that inspire a beautiful life, whether that’s building a new home from the ground up or refreshing your existing home. We will work with you to design a home that's tailored made for your lifestyle and meets your every need.
Ryan was drawn to the construction process from an early age, helping pick up building sites for his dad’s company. After earning a degree in Construction Management from Middle Tennessee State University, Ryan officially joined the family business in 2005.
Drawing from 10 years of experience as a project construction manager, Ryan founded Harmon Home Company, a design-inspired custom builder with a keen eye for modern design and a style that influences the overall function of each HHCo. home.
“We are honored to have the opportunity to provide our clients with stylish, functional homes for their families in Murfreesboro and beyond for over 15 years.”
Rachael is no stranger to this world either. With a father who was also a homebuilder, she grew up tagging along with her dad, who often included her in various selection processes. After a successful fifteen-year career in advertising and design (during which she also renovated five homes of her own) Rachael decided to return to her first love and become a full-time real estate and home design advisor.
Rachael collaborates with each client through the design and selections processes, ensuring their homes reflect the lifestyles they’ve always envisioned.
Lori has also been with Harmon Home Co. from day one and is the brains behind the scenes, often wearing many hats. She is responsible for various administrative duties, accounts payable and receivable as well as reviewing and coordinating all warranty work.
Larry is the definition of a true carpenter, having worked over 25 years in construction with a background in frame and trim carpentry. He’s been with HHCo. from the very beginning, in addition to working with Ryan in various other ways over the past 14 years.
As the Operations Manager, he takes HHCo.’s vision for design and the architectural plans, and brings them to life. He’s who you will see on-site daily, making sure all trades are scheduled and operations are running smoothly – on schedule and on budget.
